Hello 2 adults sit on it once per day to check email hardly extreme use. Customer care provides nothing but canned responses. I'm being told the product is NOT defective therefore not covered under the warranty case closed literally. Case will be closed after the Attorney General reviews my complaint and I take them to small claims court to get my money back. Service and quality of products is outstanding.
